The JollyProof website (jollyproof.offensa.com) is operated by Andrei Tigaieriu, an individual trading as Offensa, based in Iași, Romania. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. See also our Privacy Policy.
2. The website
The website is informational. It describes JollyProof, a planned app that makes a playful AI-generated photo and short video of Santa visiting a family's home. The website has no accounts, forms or purchases.
3. The JollyProof app (coming soon)

The app is not available yet. Separate app terms will be added here before launch. For now, here is what to expect:
- The app is for parents and guardians (18+).
- Packages will be one-time purchases through the app stores, at the listed prices.
- The images and videos are AI-generated. They are a playful keepsake for your family, not real footage.
These points are an outline of our plans, not an offer or contract.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- attack, overload, probe or try to gain unauthorized access to the website or its hosting;
- use automated means to copy the site in bulk or to disrupt it;
- use the website to break the law or the rights of others, or to mislead anyone about who we are.
5. Intellectual property
The website's content, text, design and artwork belong to Offensa or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view the site and share its link, but you may not copy or reuse its content or artwork commercially without our written permission.
"Santa Claus" is a traditional figure and is not owned by anyone. JollyProof and Offensa are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other brand or character.
6. Example images and prices
The example images and the example video preview on the website are AI-generated illustrations. They show the idea and are not real photos or footage, nor a guarantee of what any result will look like.
Prices shown on the website are indicative until the app launches. They are in US dollars and may change, and the price you pay will be the one shown in the app store at purchase.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right you have by law that cannot be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in the EU, the UK and elsewhere.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the app launches. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
